Abstrak

The cultural environment of traditional communities is rich in local wisdom, but not much has been revealed about how this wisdom grows and is maintained in the lives of these communities. The most prominent change is in the Maulid dishes, such as fruit and food from the use of local fruit, traditional containers and food into modern dishes, it is feared that this could cause some local plants which are usually used in Maulid dishes to have the potential to be endangered and unknown to the public. next generation. This research aims to provide information on offerings from year to year, this data can be used as a reference to maintain several changing cultural components. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that there have been significant changes in servings and containers from 1990, 2000, 2010 and 2017. These changes are due to changes in the era of modernization which makes the current generation feel inferior about using local fruit which seems old-fashioned, and various reasons for the ease of obtaining fruit and modern stuff.
